For that one program slot there are 4 periods to set up – ‘wake’, ‘leave’, ‘return’ and ‘sleep’. If any of these periods are not needed they are easily skipped by holding down a button for a few seconds.
The thermostat is a vertical style device that will probably fit the hole left behind by an old bubble mercury style thermostat. It is simple to install and manage heating only, cooling only, electric, gas and hot water. It can deal with heat pumps or multi stage systems. The thermostat is unobtrusive looking and has few buttons and a digital display.
